I have to give this spot 5 stars since the food is an 11 out of 10, and the lady that took our order was very kind and responsive. Now we did have to wait for about 45 minutes to get our food, but awesome enough it was worth it. I do suggest to order ahead of time if you pick up, and/or plan on waiting a bit longer to get your meal. We also went on a weekend so it might have been extra busy/hectic for them. Regardless I’m 100% going back, and will plan accordingly.

I'm always careful about where I get Jamaican food because lots of places end up being more Americanish. However, I was pleasantly surprised and thankful this wasn't that experience. The wait was a bit long for my liking, but the food was EXACTLY what it was supposed to be. I'll be back and absolutely be back. Take the drive it's worth it. I got the curry goat with rice and peas with veg in addition to the sorrel rum cake, sorrel juice and red peas soup. 10/10 Prices were reasonable as well.

Drove 45 mins because someone recommended this place. All I can say is OMG!! The food was so good and we came an hour before closing and it still was amazing. Service was excellent, we weren’t treated bad being as though we arrived an hour before closing. Real food!!! There wasn’t a mid thing on my plate, nothing tasted like it was microwaved ....We had stew chicken, oxtail, cabbage, peas and rice, mac n cheese, fries. I will DEFINITELY be returning! Kind gentleman and clean atmosphere. The music was great..Artwork was very nice!

this food is amazing. It is a family owned traditional Jamaican restaurant. I have luck to taste Ackee & salt fish. The ackee test pretty good. Highly suggested if you didn’t try( allergy alert). I am Chinese and Jamaican food generally taste pretty like Chinese food in my eyes. Love it very much. Also for thanks for playing birthday song and make this day special for me!

I have been craving some authentic Jamaican food and been searching all over Colorado. I came across Reggae Pot and so far this place has been the best one yet! The portion sizes were great! There was enough for leftovers and it tasted just as good if not even better reheated. I will definitely make this my go to spot for Jamaican.

“When u smile I smile that’s a soul provider It’s not easy being homeless sometimes u have to do what u have to do. Father help me. When u cry I cry I cry along with u” God given taste Made with love. Dripping in soul. Certified love-approved I’m addicted to the oxtail tender, rich, soul-soothing. The rice and kidney beans? Perfectly balanced. And the goat... wow. Spiced to perfection. Salad fresh, flavors vibrant. Honestly, it’s all aligned with my model-body diet nourishing, grounding, full of love. Oxtail and goat feminine fuel. This isn’t just food it’s frequency. It’s not just survival it’s about a home frequency. A place inside and around you that feels safe, steady, sacred. Stability starts in the soul, not just shelter. It’s about a home frequency. Not a house of cards a house of truth.

Something different and very good. The oxtail is delicious if a bit of work to eat. It comes with a choice of rice or cabbage and slaw. The Mango Passion drink was excellent. There are several other Jamaican options available as well. Service was great both fast and friendly. They also readily answered questions. The space is small, but clean with tables and booths. They have password protected Wi-Fi available. A second location on Monaco is expected to open in May. Even though the place filled at lunch, there was available parking.

Stopped by with my daughter yesterday having had a rough day with her in the ER. I decided to googled “Jamaican food near me” and found an absolute gem. I know true Jamaican food having grown up with my Jamaican boys. I could tell I was in the right spot when I heard Capelton on the speakers, Ting in the cooler, Ox Tail on the menu and Patwah spoken. There have been dozens of so called Jamaican food restaurants in Denver and only 2 have I said we're authentic. Jamaican Grill was one! Anyway, My daughter and I couldn't decide what to get and ordered the 1/2 jerk chicken, jerk ribs and 3 patties. When the food came it was piping hot and as authentic as it gets. The chicken was extremely juicy, super hot and extremely tasty. It had clearly been made over a grill like what I grew up on in the streets of Negril. The cabbage was soft, yet crunchy and rice-n-pea was perfectly cooked. It didn't come fast but it came right!!! For the fun of it, I decided to read a few reviews before writing mine. I saw one from a “Babooshka Hair Co.” and wondered how someone could have such an awful experience. I too met the lady behind the counter and I too ate the food and can tell you that whoever Babooshka Hair Co is had a bad hair day. You CANNOT go wrong eating here
